Subscription Policy

This policy outlines the terms governing recurring subscriptions for Staynium. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. Billing Cycles

Subscriptions are billed monthly, 6 months, or annually based on your selected plan.
All payments are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.

2. Auto-Renewal & Auto-Debit

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
By subscribing, you authorize Staynium to automatically charge your selected payment method for recurring payments.
Auto-debit may be processed via UPI AutoPay, eNACH, cards, or other supported payment methods.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard.
Cancellation will stop future billing cycles.
You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
No refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the payment using the authorized payment method. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or terminated.

6. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
Changes may take effect immediately or in the next billing cycle depending on the plan.
Downgrading may result in reduced features.
