This policy outlines the terms governing recurring subscriptions for staynium.com ("Service"). By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. Billing Cycles

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly,six months or annually based on your selected plan.
  • Payments are automatically charged to your designated payment method at the start of each billing cycle.

2. Auto-Renewal

  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
  • You will be notified via email 5 days before renewal (for annual plans) or 1 days before renewal (for monthly plans).

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but it must be done at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
  • No Refunds for Partial Periods: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for unused time.

4. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will retry for 3 days. After that, your subscription may be paused or terminated.

5. Plan Changes
